Komodo: The Swiss Army Knife of Mobile Power
In today’s world, power needs to be more than just available—it has to be mobile, efficient, and versatile. Komodo was engineered to meet that need. Built like a multi-tool, it delivers power where others can’t, replacing bulky generators, fuel logistics, and slow installations. Here’s what makes it the most adaptable energy solution on the market.
Komodo Components
At the core of Komodo is a 100 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, delivering clean, silent power for extended runtimes. Power is distributed through an 18 kW pure sine wave inverter, delivering reliable 110V and 220V AC power across multiple output types.
(2) NEMA 14-50R (50A, 240V)
These high-capacity outlets are commonly used for RV hookups, EV charging, and industrial equipment. On job sites, Komodo’s 14-50R ports can power heavy-duty tools, welders, mobile HVAC systems, or recharge other battery systems.
(1) NEMA L14-30 (30A, 240V)
The locking-style L14-30 outlet is ideal for connecting to transfer switches, making Komodo perfect for home or building backup power. It’s commonly used for commercial offices, server rooms, and critical home loads.
(4) 120V GFCI Outlets
Komodo includes four ground-fault circuit interrupter outlets, making it safe for wet or outdoor environments. These ports are perfect for lighting, electronics, power tools, or sound equipment.
CCS1 Level 2 EV Charging Port (11kW)
Komodo features a direct Level 2 EV charging port, delivering up to 11 kW through a CCS1 connector. Ideal for electric fleet operators, EV owners, or mobile charging stations in remote environments.
Beyond power, Komodo is equipped with 160 hp electric motors that drive an independent all-terrain track system. It can self-propel across mud, gravel, snow, and uneven terrain—making it easy to position anywhere and even tow up to 4,200 lbs.
Komodo Charging Methods
🔌 Grid Charging
Komodo supports 240V 50A NEMA SS2-50P grid input for recharging at up to 10 kW. It recharges from 10% to 95% in approximately 9 hours, making it ideal for overnight or warehouse-based charging.
☀️ Solar Charging
With dual 7 kW solar inputs via 175A Anderson connectors, Komodo can accept up to 14 kW of clean energy—fully recharging in about 6.5 hours. This makes it ideal for off-grid and remote deployments.
🔋 Generator Charging
Compatible with 5–10 kW gas or diesel generators, Komodo charges at the same 10 kW rate as grid input. A full recharge from 10% to 95% takes about 9 hours, providing a dependable field backup option.
⚡ Combined Charging
All inputs can be used simultaneously to deliver up to 24 kW of input power. When solar, grid, and generator charging are combined, Komodo can recharge from 10% to 95% in as little as 2.5 hours—minimizing downtime in high-demand environments.
Komodo Applications & Industries
